What do I need to get started?

An iPhone or iPad running iOS 26.6 or later, internet for the initial tool download, and enough free storage. The essential download is about 1.35 GB. Extra free space is needed for installation, saved drawings, and optional tools. The app interface supports English, Russian, German, and Spanish.

Why is the first setup taking a while?

After downloading, Sketch Bloom verifies the files and prepares them on your device. This first preparation can take several minutes. Keep the app in the foreground for preparation; drawing remains available. The app shows downloads, verification, and preparation as separate stages.

A download was interrupted. What should I do?

Open the tool download screen and retry with a stable connection and enough storage. Verified completed files are reused; the file interrupted mid-download starts again. iOS controls background download time, so leaving the app open can help. You can still view, zoom, and share saved paintings without installed tools.

Can I create offline?

Yes, after the required tools are downloaded and prepared. Sketch recognition and painting generation run locally. Styles interpret your drawing, so the result may not preserve every object or detail. Try a clearer sketch or an optional description to guide it.

How do I save and share my work?

Changes save automatically, and drawings can be reopened from the gallery. Use Share in the editor to export a painting. Drawings are stored locally: deleting the app deletes its local drawings. Export important work first; email support before trying destructive troubleshooting steps.

How do I turn off analytics or request deletion?

Open Settings → Usage analytics in Sketch Bloom. Turning it off does not delete information previously sent. For privacy requests, email support@excalibolt.com. Read the Privacy Policy for data categories, recipients, and your rights. There is no app account to delete.
