Terms of Use

The essentials for using Sketch Bloom, a creative app by Anton Fedorov.

Using the app

Use Sketch Bloom lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must have the rights or permissions needed for content you use or share. Do not use the app to create or distribute unlawful, abusive, or infringing material. If you are a minor, use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.

Your artwork

We do not claim ownership of your original sketches or seek a license to upload them through these terms. The app does not send your sketches or paintings to us for generation. You decide what to export and share. Generated results may not be unique, accurate, or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing results and their intended use, including any third-party rights.

App and model licenses

The app is licensed, not sold. For App Store distribution, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate applicable license is provided. Apple is not the provider of developer support. Third-party components and downloaded models remain subject to their own license notices, available in Settings → About → Credits and licenses. These terms do not override their permissions or restrictions.

Local storage and availability

You are responsible for exporting or backing up important artwork. Removing the app can delete its local drawings. Initial downloads require internet, storage, and device preparation. Processing speed, availability, and output quality depend on device, settings, power, and thermal conditions; there is no guarantee of exact composition or uninterrupted operation. Features and compatible devices may change with future versions.

Privacy and support

Limitations and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without additional guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose, output accuracy, or data recovery. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury. Apple’s applicable license and local consumer law control where required.

Changes
